Main application
areas: mainly used for pressing graphite and carbon products forming.
Depend on the type
of carbon products and the loading way, the carbon products hydraulic press can
be divided into vertical or horizontal structure. In the vertical structure, if
the product density uniformity requirements high, bidirectional pressing
molding will be used.
The body adopts
frame type or four columns structure. Pressure control of slide or reference
beam adopts pressure sensor combined with hydraulic servo control, digital
display and control, measurement and display precision is 0.1 MPa, position
control adopts displacement sensor combined with hydraulic servo motion control
card, digital display and control, measurement and display accuracy up to
0.01mm.
