The production line consists of fiberglass yarn guide system, double screw glass fiber plastic mixing extruder, material block heating conveyor belt, feeding robot, rapid hydraulic press and total control unit. Through continuous glass fiber, it directly enters the lower order extruder to cut and extrude the material block. After heating, it is sent to the hydraulic press by robot for rapid prototyping. The production capacity of the whole line is 300,000-400,000 strokes per year.

To meet the needs of process forming, the slide down and return speed of the hydraulic press is 800-1000 mm/s, the pressing and die opening speed is 0.5-80mm /s with adjustable servo ratio, and the full tonnage built time is 0.5s.
